AI Maturity Audit

Find the right place to start with AI.

Parlons assesses how teams use AI, traces operational bottlenecks, and delivers a maturity scorecard and prioritized implementation roadmap.

Discuss your goals

What is an AI maturity audit?

An AI maturity audit examines how AI fits into the work your company actually does. Parlons reviews operating artifacts and telemetry, shadows 6–8 roles, traces manual handoffs, and tests one live workflow. The audit takes 3–4 weeks.

The aim is to identify where work stalls and decide which workflows to build first, with the people who will own them.

When is an audit useful?

Start here when teams are experimenting with AI but need a shared view of current capabilities, operational bottlenecks, and implementation priorities. The audit connects those experiments to a concrete roadmap.

What does Parlons review?

  1. AI in everyday work. Review how teams use AI, supported by telemetry and operating artifacts.
  2. Manual handoffs. Shadow roles and trace where information or decisions depend on people relaying work between teams.
  3. A live workflow. Test one workflow to ground the roadmap in the operating reality.

What do you receive?

  • An L0–L5 AI maturity scorecard.
  • An inventory of manual handoffs and information silos.
  • A prioritized roadmap for the next 3–4 months.

See the full audit, execution, and transition process to understand how these outputs inform the build.

Questions about the audit

How long does it take?

The audit phase takes 3–4 weeks. It includes reviewing real work, shadowing roles, and testing one live workflow.

Does the audit include a full production rollout?

The audit tests one live workflow and establishes the roadmap. Building and expanding production workflows happens during the AI workflow implementation phase.
