What does an AI Maturity Audit look like?
We review how teams use AI in real work, including telemetry and operating artifacts. Then we shadow 6–8 roles, trace manual handoffs, and test one live workflow. The audit takes 3–4 weeks.

What does the Execution phase look like?
We start with one workflow from the roadmap and build it with the people who own the work. We ship it inside the tools your team already uses, with company context, bounded permissions, evaluations, and a named owner. Then we lather, rinse, repeat for additional workflows.
