AI Workflow Implementation

Put AI to work inside your operations.

Parlons builds production AI workflows in your existing tools, with company context, bounded permissions, evaluations, and internal ownership.

Discuss your goals

What is AI workflow implementation?

AI workflow implementation turns a prioritized operational problem into a working system inside the tools your team already uses. Parlons builds with the people who own the work and establishes the context, permissions, evaluations, and ownership needed to run it.

We start with one workflow from the roadmap, then repeat the process for additional workflows. Our engagement model allocates 3–4 months to execution, followed by 2–3 months for transition.

When is implementation useful?

This phase is for teams ready to build against a prioritized roadmap and work alongside Parlons on production workflows. If you still need to identify the bottlenecks and decide where to begin, start with an AI maturity audit.

How do we build a workflow?

  1. Start with the work. Choose one workflow from the roadmap and build with the people responsible for it.
  2. Connect the context. Embed the workflow into existing tools with the company knowledge it needs.
  3. Set boundaries and evaluate. Establish bounded permissions, evaluations, and a named owner.
  4. Expand and transfer ownership. Repeat for additional workflows and equip internal leads to run and maintain them.

What do you receive?

  • Production AI workflows embedded in existing tools.
  • Shared company context and integrations.
  • Evaluation and impact scorecards.
  • Named internal owners, versioned runbooks, and governance boundaries during transition.

Internal leads work beside us from the first build. Each workflow has an evaluation suite and maintenance cadence before handover.

Questions about implementation

Do we need to replace our tools?

Our approach embeds workflows in the tools your teams already use. The roadmap identifies the context and integrations required for the work.

How is impact measured?

Evaluation and impact scorecards are part of the execution deliverables. We agree on what to measure for the workflows being built and establish a cadence to measure and expand what works.

Who maintains the workflows afterward?

Named internal owners take over with runbooks, governance boundaries, an evaluation suite, and a maintenance cadence. See how the transition phase works.
