Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Parlons Holding, LLC (“Parlons,” “we,” or “us”) runs parlons.io.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover information we handle for clients under a separate agreement.

01 / short-version

The short version

When you contact us, we use your information to respond, understand whether we may be able to work together, and manage our conversation.

We really don’t like collecting information. Or storing it. So we try to do that as little as possible.

We do like safety and security. We use limited technical information to run and protect the website. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

02 / what-we-collect

What we collect (when you send it to us)

When you use our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Work email
  • Phone number
  • Company and role
  • What you hope to change
  • How you heard about us

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, may process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser or device type, requested page, date and time, and security signals.

The site also saves your light or dark mode choice in your browser. We think that’s pretty neat and helpful which is why we do it. It’s not for us... it’s for you. That preference stays on your device unless you clear it.

Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential company information we do not need through the contact form. If we end up working together we can sign an NDA then you can send us all the confidential info you’d like. But please, not before then.

03 / how-we-use

How we use your information

We use it to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Understand whether and how we may be able to work together
  • Keep track of our conversation
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website
  • Prevent spam and other misuse
  • Meet legal obligations

04 / who-receives

Who receives information and how we retain it

Our small team may see the information you submit.

We use service providers to host and protect our website and forms, store inquiries, process form submissions, and send emails. Those providers all process information under their own security and privacy commitments. This is all pretty much standard practice for a website and contact form.

We do not sell your personal information or give it to data brokers. We do not like those practices and think they’re bad business.

We keep submissions for as long as is necessary to fulfill the request, manage our business relationship, maintain security or uphold legal obligations. When they’re no longer needed we delete or de-identify them.

05 / your-choices

Your choices

You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email get-in-touch@parlons.io.

We may need to confirm that the request is coming from you. If so, we might ask you to verify your identity.
